1. Perpetual License Model
AMWAG software licenses grant a perpetual right-to-use against an agreed initial deployment fee. There are no mandatory recurring license subscription fees to keep your software operational.
2. Strict 0% Sales Commission
AMWAG never takes a percentage or sales cut from educator course enrollments or scratch card transactions. All revenues flow directly to the educator.
3. Year-1 Package & Infrastructure Renewals
The initial contract bundles Year 1 dedicated cloud hosting, domain setup, automated backups, and 1-year code warranty. Year 2+ renewals cover direct cloud infrastructure costs, with optional extended support SLAs.
4. Content Responsibility & Lawful Use
Clients retain full intellectual ownership and sole responsibility for course content hosted on their platform, ensuring strict adherence to applicable regional education and media laws.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and contractual engagements are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, under the competent jurisdiction of Cairo courts.
